This project is to renovate 22,000 square feet of the operating room suite at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, including a new HVAC system and reconfiguration to create larger, more flexible rooms. The work is divided into three sequential phases, each involving protective measures, demolition, and new construction of finishes and core systems. The project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Performance duration must not exceed 580 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. All bidders must be registered and verified in SAM.gov, and the solicitation package will be available electronically.
