This is a pre-solicitation notice for a project to replace approximately 7,482 square feet of EPDM roofing on a building at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The project's estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Invitation for Bids is planned to be issued on or about January 6, 2026, and the government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract within 120 days from the bid opening date.
