This project involves demolishing and replacing the overhead dry fire sprinkler and dry standpipe piping systems within an underground patient parking garage to address corrosion and bring the system up to current NFPA standards. The Government anticipates issuing an invitation for bids on or about November 18, 2025. The work includes all associated components like headers, risers, valves, and sprinklers as detailed in the project documents. Performance of the services is specified for the underground patient parking garage.
