Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to renovate the Catholic Chapel, Building 119, at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. The project magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work must be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The scope includes comprehensive renovation work such as demolition, architectural restoration, and updates to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems. The solicitation documents will be posted on www.sam.gov on or about November 20, 2025.
