Air Cooled Chillers, Project No. 757-23-101 The scope of the project is to replace two roof installed air cooled chillers with three air cooled chillers; as well as to increase airflow in the sterile processing equipment room located within Chalmer Wylie Columbus VA Ambulatory Care Center. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the Air Cooled Chillers at the Chalmer Wylie Columbus VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 James Road, Columbus, OH 43219. The project magnitude for the project is between $2,000,000and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $45 million. The Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the proposal. Failure to provide the completed certification shall deem the proposal non-responsive and the proposal will not be considered. All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA) Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). An organized site visit will be conducted in accordance with FAR 52.236-27 – see solicitation section titled “SITE VISIT INFORMATION" on page 12. Cut-off date and time to submit Requests for Information (RFI) is 07-22-2025 at 2:30 PM EST. RFIs shall be emailed to Stanley Burdine at stanley.burdine@va.gov. This project is a 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be verified and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and time of award to be eligible for award.
