Video Surveillance System (VSS) Maintenance, Upgrade and Expansion for Chillicothe VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Video Surveillance System Maintenance, Upgrade and Expansion for Chillicothe VAMC NAICS 561621: Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths) Place of Performance: Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year and four (4) options years if exercised summarized as follows: Base Year: 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026 Option Year One (OY1): 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027 Option Year Two (OY2): 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028 Option Year Three (OY3): 1 February 2028 to 31 January 2029 Option Year Four (OY4): 1 February 2029 to 31 January 2030 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate.
