Patient Satellite Television Service and System Maintenance for Cincinnati VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Patient Satellite Television Service and System Maintenance for Cincinnati VAMC NAICS-517410: Satellite Telecommunications Place of Performance: Cincinnati VAMC in Ohio and Fort Thomas in Kentucky Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year plus four option years (if exercised) summarized as follows: Base Year from 2/01/2025 to 1/31/2026 Option Year One (OY1) from 2/01/2026 to 1/31/2027 Option Year Two (OY2) from 2/01/2027 to 1/31/2028 Option Year Three (OY3) from 2/01/2028 to 1/31/2029 Option Year Four (OY4) from 2/01/2029 to 1/31/2030 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature. Attachment 3 for Reference: Current DOL Wage Determination for Hamilton County, Ohio. Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) UEI number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status, 5) signed and completed statement of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Compliance and a 6) capabilities statement describing how specifically your company intends to meet all requirements specified in the PWS in Adobe PDF format to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than 10 January 2025 at 14:00-EST.
