Bluetooth Radiation Dosimetry Services with Direct Ion Technology for Dayton and Cincinnati VAMCs (Occupational Use Only) The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Bluetooth Radiation Dosimetry Services with Direct Ion Technology for Dayton and Cincinnati VAMCs (Occupational Use Only) NAICS-518210: Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services Place of Performance: Dayton VAMC and Cincinnati VAMC in Ohio Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year plus four option years (if exercised) summarized as follows: Base Year from 8/01/2025 to 7/31/2026 Option Year One (OY1) from 8/01/2026 to 7/31/2027 Option Year Two (OY2) from 8/01/2027 to 7/31/2028 Option Year Three (OY3) from 8/01/2028 to 7/31/2029 Option Year Four (OY4) from 8/01/2029 to 7/31/2030 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature. Attachment 3 for Reference: Current DOL Wage Determination for Montgomery County, Ohio. Attachment 4 for Reference: Current DOL Wage Determination for Hamilton County, Ohio. Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) UEI number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status, 5) signed and fully completed statement of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Compliance and 6) Capabilities Statement describing how specifically your company intends to meet all requirements specified in the PWS in Adobe PDF format to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than Thursday 6/12/2025 at 1600-EST.  In the capabilities statement, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation to evidence that their capability is based on Bluetooth Technology that can provide real-time dosimetry readings and reports to the two (2) respective requiring offices. In addition, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation to provide proof of NVLAP certification to be determined as capable of fulfilling this requirement. In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice if the prospective offeror is a small business.
