The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking a contractor to provide disposal services of hazardous waste, non-hazardous chemical waste, specialty waste (i.e., hazardous pharmaceuticals, high-hazard waste, non-hazardous pharmaceuticals, and dual waste [hazardous chemical and bio-hazardous combined]), universal waste, used oil, emergency spill response services, and lab pack services. Lab pack services encompass supplies, labeling, lab packing, consolidation, shipment, manifesting, and consulting. This contract will not include the disposal of infectious, bio-hazardous, radiological, or pathological waste, except for dual waste (chemical and infectious combined). Places of Performance: Marion Medical Center 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion IN 46953 Fort Wayne Medical Center 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne IN 46805 Jackie Walorski Clinic 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka IN 46545 The Government anticipates the release of the RFQ on 17 September 2025, with a due date of 24 September 2025. Questions must be submitted in written form via email to the Contracting Specialist no later than 5:00pm EST on 19 September 2025.
