The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contacting Office 10 is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary supervision, processing, equipment, supplies, packaging, labor/personnel, manifests, reports, and transportation services for the disposal of regulated medical waste in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Places of Performance: 1. VANIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 Building 1 Dock 2. VANIHCS, 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953 Building 174 Dock Storage Room 3. Fort Wayne Annex, 2500 E State Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46805 4. Muncie CBOC, 3401 N Morrison Rd. Muncie, IN 47304 5. Defiance CBOC, 800 N Clinton St. Suite B, Defiance, OH 43512 The Government anticipates release of the RFQ on 30 September 2025, with a due date of 15 October 2025. Questions must be submitted in written form via email to the Contracting Specialist no later than 5:00pm EST on 06 October 2025.
