Northern Indiana Healthcare System located at 2121 Lake Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 has a requirement for ultrasound/transducer preventive maintenance services. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Quotes from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract on or about September 15, 2025, for a base and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service if all options are exercised.
