The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA VISN 10 Medical Centers have a requirement for a compounding documentation system for the Pharmacies of the Department of Veterans Affairs within the catchment area of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Period of performance will be 9/29/2025 9/28/2026 base period and FOUR option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 with a size standard of $45.0 million.
