This Solicitation shall result in a firm fixed-price contract for the period of six months upon award. The contractor will provide a full suite of targeted advertisement solutions multi-channel options for reaching our Minority Veteran population. The requested advertisement solution shall provide addressable display, addressable streaming, and social media targeting. The requested solution shall provide a targeting strategy which is calculable showing real results and data-driven analysis and outcomes. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is June 2, 2025, for a period of Six (6) months. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 16, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
