The Battle Creek VA Medical Center, located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Fire Extinguisher Testing and Inspection Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete Fire Extinguisher Testing and Inspection Services at The Battle Creek VA Medical Center. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract on or about May 22, 2025, for a one-time contract. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 2, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
