The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210- Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Size Standard $34 Million Product Service Code is J065-Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies Purpose and Objectives This Sources Sought Notice is issued by VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Ohio, Cleveland for the purpose of collecting information about Ultrasound Maintenance for Northern Indiana Health Care System (hereafter NIHCS). The VA is seeking contractors to provide for this requirement for one year with four (4) one (1) year options to be exercised at the Government s discretion. It is anticipated that this will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. A DRAFT copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
