Lutz Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan has a requirement for a community-based residential program for homeless Veterans. The Contractor shall provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) rehabilitative services for no less than two (2) and no more than six (6) homeless Veterans. The Contractor s facility must be located in the Grand Traverse County area. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2025 September 30, 2030. The solicitation will be available on or about May 15, 2025.
