DESCRIPTION The Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit as Unrestricted Full and Open Competition for Generator Load Bank Testing at the Northern Indiana Healthcare Systems (NIHCS). These services are in support of the Northern Indiana Healthcare Systems, 1700 E. 38TH Street Marion, Indiana 46953. The issuing solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, Definitive Contract, with a Base plus Four (4) Option Year Contract. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 07/11/2025.
