Roudebush VAMC, 1481 W. 10TH St, Indianapolis, IN, 46202-2884. The Government intends to award a base plus four (4) option years contract, in the future. Contractors that can provide this requirement and meets the requirements below are requested to send: 1. Company Name 2. UEID number 3. Business size under NAICS 339115 4. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. Contractors must be registered and certified in VETCERT to be considered VOSB/SDVOSB.
