Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC), located 1481 W. 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Legionella Testing. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete Legionella Testing at Building 1 of RLRVAMC at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 and the Veteran s House at 2669 Cold Spring Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is March 31, 2025, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
