NCO 10 anticipates entering a fixed price purchase order with the contractor that provides the overall best value to the Government for quotes meeting the evaluation criteria based on a comparative analysis. This procurement will be conducted using Part 13 of the FAR. NAICS Code is 516120, size standard is $47M. The Contractor shall be licensed to provide cable television services and create or maintain cable distribution systems.
