This is a pre-solicitation notice only, do not respond. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Reference Laboratory Testing Services for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Pathology and Laboratory Service located in Indianapolis, IN. The Government intends to publish an Unrestricted Open Market solicitation on or about 2/26/2024. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Reference Laboratory Testing Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 621511 Medical Laboratories with a size standard of $41.5 Million. Responses will be evaluated via comparative evaluation utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, see solicitation for specific evaluation criteria. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price contract. The closing date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 03/13/2025 at 10:00AM ET. All solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities via Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. An opportunity will be provided for offerors to ask questions, the details will be provided on the posted solicitation. Once the questioning period is closed, the Government will post a response to all questions on SAM.gov via solicitation amendment within 3 business days. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors shall ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM and includes NAICS code 621511 at the time of RFQ submission through award.
