CLARIFICATION OF THE EXPECTATION OF HOURS ON STATION: The PWS states: The contractor will be required to furnish such services five (5) days a week excluding weekends and federal holidays. Zanesville CBOC daily normal hours of operation are from 8:00am to 4:30pm. This does not include services that will be conducted outside of normal working hours (carpet shampooing and floor waxing and stripping). The work hours are described below: Normal Work Hours. Zanesville CBOC Monday thru Friday (except federal holidays) one shift, 8:00am to 4:30pm. The core number of hours expected for basic cleaning is 2080 hours for the BASE YEAR and 520 hours per OPTION PERIOD. The number of hours for non-quarterly or semi-annual cleaning is dependent on the severity of the soiled areas, speed of the equipment, and janitor staff; these numbers are not represented in the 2080 / 520 hours mentioned above. SUBMISSION/RESUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All vendors who have provided a quote package for the solicitation have the opportunity to revise their quotes and submit an UPDATED COMPLETE Quote Package including the following: Price-Cost_Schedule 24Q0176.xls file 1 Adobe PDF document that has all Administrative Items (including individual amendment acknowledgements 0001 - 0006), Technical Items and Past Performance Items contained in it. All Required items are listed in the original solicitation under the heading Quote Preparation Instructions . Please note: Any vendors who wish to submit an UPDATED quote shall provide a complete quote package in its entirety. All documents shall be labelled with the words UPDATED 0006 in their file names.
