For this project, are the containers located inside or outside each facility? All Containers are located inside at each facility. The Contractor shall enter the facility, empty the contents of the containers, and replace the liner/bag for each container during each pickup. Does the government provide all the containers required for each facility? All containers are provided by the Government for this requirement. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. This is a follow-on requirement; the incumbent vendor is Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? The contract number is 36C25020P0388.
