THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for the Detroit VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of this solicitation and any resulting contract documents. NAICS Code 621330, size standard $9 million. This solicitation shall be set aside 100% for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and conducted in accordance with FAR 13. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.sam.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Contract Opportunities website https://www.sam.gov. No fax or mail quote packages shall be accepted. This is a Sources Sought Notice for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services at the Detroit Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to provide EAP services at the Detroit VAMC. See attached Statement of Work for additional detailed requirements. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 621330. The period of performance is anticipated to be a one year base period, with four (4) one year option periods. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate any business capable of performance. Interested firms shall include in their submission: A brief capability statement detailing the specific ability to meet the requirement as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) SAM UEI number Business size/type This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
