Place of Performance: VAMC 1500 Weiss St Saginaw, MI 48602 USA The contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals, maintenance, programming, and transportation necessary to provide and maintain optimum cable signal to all televisions, head-end, and all associated equipment of the entire distribution systems which is located at the VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, MI 48602. The initial term will be one year, with four option years. This scope of work is strict in accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. The Contractor shall be licensed to provide cable television services and create or maintain cable distribution systems. This Service Contract is a base year plus 4 option years.
