Design IDIQ contract has no additional capacity to make modifications. This Single Source Award (SSA) is requesting design services to be provided by RDC/JPA to facilitate needed changes to the contract documents. These changes are for the essential engineering, and design of, a fix for the failed roof truss support, and failed window and door lintels in building 116 Headquarters. The notated work is of an investigative and technical nature IAW 6.302-3(b)(2)(ii). These design drawing and specification modifications will supplement and replace current drawings and specifications. These modified drawings and specifications will be used for pricing and construction for the Repair Failed Roof Truss, Windows and Door Lintels - 552-18-103.
