Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 3 of 3 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 Digital Signage Service with Medical Multi-Media Library for Cincinnati VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Digital Signage Service with Medical Multi-Media Library for Cincinnati VAMC NAICS-541850: Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising Place of Performance: Cincinnati VA Medical Center and Remote Sites Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year plus four (4) option years if exercised summarized as follows: Base Year: 15 July 2024 to 14 July 2025 Option Year One (OY1): 15 July 2025 to 14 July 2026 Option Year Two (OY2): 15 July 2026 to 14 July 2027 Option Year Three (OY3): 15 July 2027 to 14 July 2028 Option Year Four (OY4): 15 July 2028 to 14 July 2029 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate. Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature. Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) UEI number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status, 5) signed and completed statement of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Compliance and a 6) capabilities statement describing how specifically your company intends to meet all requirements specified in the PWS in Adobe PDF format to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than 10 May 2024 at 14:00-EST. In addition, please note that a signed and fully completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice.
