Veteran Townhall Telecommunications for Cincinnati VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Veteran Townhall Telecommunications for Cincinnati VAMC NAICS 517810: All Other Telecommunications Place of Performance: Cincinnati VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year and four (4) options years if exercised summarized as follows: Base Year (CLIN-0001): 29 September 2024 to 28 September 2025 Option Year One (CLIN-1001): 29 September 2025 to 28 September 2026 Option Year Two (CLIN-2001): 29 September 2026 to 28 September 2027 Option Year Three (CLIN-3001): 29 September 2027 to 28 September 2028 Option Year Four (CLIN-4001): 29 September 2028 to 28 September 2029 Attachment 1 for Reference: Draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate. Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature. In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice.
