CCTV Security System Maintenance, Upgrade and Expansion for Chillicothe VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: CCTV Security System Maintenance, Upgrade and Expansion for Chillicothe VAMC NAICS 561621: Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths) Place of Performance: Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year and four (4) options years if exercised summarized as follows: Base Year: 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025 Option Year One (OY1): 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 Option Year Two (OY2): 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 Option Year Three (OY3): 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028 Option Year Four (OY4): 1 August 2028 to 31 July 2029 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate.
