This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about Friday, September 20, 2024. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires provide LENELS2 Physical Access Control System (PACS) upgrade and sustainment for Physical Access Control System (PACS) preventative maintenance and software sustainment services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NAICS) and assigned VA Clinics which are detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The closing date for receipt of offers will be Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 08:00 EDT. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the Sam.gov website. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561621.
