REQUIREMENTS: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting office (NCO) 10, 3140 Governor s Place Blvd. Suite 210, Kettering OH 45409-1337, intends to solicit offers from personnel who are approved by Arjo and qualified to inspect each type of lift system. FOB: Destination Place of Performance: Department of Veteran Affairs John D Dingell VA Medical Center 4646 John R Street Detroit, MI 48201 USA The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, only, which includes load and functional testing for our MAX SKY 600s, MAXI SKY 2s, and MAXI SKY 1000s (191 total) ceiling patient lifts. A checklist for each ceiling patient lift will be filled out and signed by the contractor to ensure that each patient Lift is inspected and fully tested. Preventive maintenance for each Lift will include load testing, battery / charging system testing and replacement as needed, thorough inspection, functional testing, and complete functional check. Inspection must be completed by personnel who are approved by the manufacturer and qualified to inspect each type of lift system. Functional inspection should include all normal functions of the lift. Testing and inspection are to be conducted in accordance with ISO 10535. Contractor is responsible for all necessary test equipment, material, labor, and travel costs to deliver the requirements This service contract will cover a base year with additional 4 option years. Preventative maintenance only, no other services are to be covered under this service contract. Contractor must be registered with https://www.sam.gov Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for small business status must be registered with the SBA and be able to be located through SBA - Dynamic Small Business Search. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for veteran owned small business status must be registered with in VetCert at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) as an SDVOSB or VOSB.
