The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 7/31/2024. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Research Transcription Services for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the solicitation for Research Transcription Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 561410 Document Preparation Services with a size standard of $19 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 8. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The closing date for receipt of offers will be 08/05/2024 09:00 EDT. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the GSA eBuy website. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. No questions will be answered. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561410.
