Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an SDVOSB to Provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repairs of: Medical & Dental Vacuum Pumps; Medical & Dental Air Compressors; and Medical & Dental WAGD Pumps. Services should include belts, hoses, couplings, gages, solenoids, valves (Air, water, ball, globe), filters (inlet, exhaust, oil, oil separators and any other associated system valve), sensors, breather caps, oil, vanes (carbon fiber for vacuum pumps) and desiccant driers and desiccant drier media at appropriate intervals according to manufacturer s recommendations. All PM inspections shall be accompanied by individual inspection or service reports for each piece of equipment. The anticipated period of performance (PoP) is, July 1, 2024 June 30, 2025. Up to four (4), one-year option periods are expected, for a total of up to five (5) years of services. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 simplified acquisition procedures and will be a SDVOSB set-aside. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the SAM.gov website, www.sam.gov . No fax bid packages shall be accepted. The Request for Quote will be available on www.sam.gov website on or about June 14, 2024, with a closing date on or about June 20, 2024. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
