Kettles VA Medical Center s requirements for Duct Cleaning services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 811310 BACKGROUND The Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center (LCSK VAMC), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 has a requirement for labor to perform cleaning of supply ducts, return ducts, 3: AHUS Reheat Coils, and fans. Vendor will be responsible to supply all necessary equipment, materials, and labor (after hours and/or on weekends) to clean all supply and exhaust ductwork and reheat coils serving the Basement, 1st, and 2nd floors of Bld. 31. 3: Air Handling Units (AHU) and all exhaust fans located in the Mechanical Penthouse will be cleaned as well.
