This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 6/18/2024. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Armored Car Services for the Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS), Marion and Fort Wayne VA Medical Center, IN campus. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Armored Car Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 Satellite Telecommunications with a size standard of $43 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through BetaSam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than 1:00PM, June 20th. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561613. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business set-aside.
