The Indiana Health Care System, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Elevator Maintenance Service. Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision necessary to provide preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency call-back services for all elevators, lifts, and dumbwaiters. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is August 16, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 12, 2024. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov.
