Roudebush (RLR) VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the Steris Clean Flow Pro Kit. The requested supplies must be compatible with existing equipment and maintenance requirements for that equipment. It is consistent with VA policies and standards, including but not limited to; VA Handbook 6500, and VA Directives 6550. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
