The Contractor shall update room finishes and modify existing concrete floor to install new linear floor drains in room A-1109 Patient Shower within the 1st Floor Emergency Department, as well as removing and installing new solid surface shower bases within rooms C-4148A and A-8005 as detailed in the Technical Requirements section, project documents, and VHA Master Construction Specifications. Updates include new resinous flooring, new Solid Surface wall paneling, paint/patch walls, new acoustical ceiling tiles, new HVAC grilles, and new Solid Surface shower bases, among other work items. Completion of this project will improve the functionality of the patient showers, as well as providing a necessary update to the room finishes. This is not a solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued on SAM.gov on or about March 1, 2024.
