Dingell VAMC located at Detroit, Michigan is seeking a qualified contractor for the annual testing and inspections contract with 4 option years on testing, and repairs of the UNDERGROUND STORAGE tanks 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 by following the SYSTEM INSPECTION CHECKLIST (attachment 1 and 2). The Contractor shall re-work three existing tank probes on tanks 2,3, and 4. Replace diesel dispenser tank probe manhole on tank 5. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, reports required.
