The Indiana Healthcare System, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, IN 46202, VA Cold Springs Campus, located at 2600 & 2669 Cold Springs Road, IN 46222, and the Domiciliary Building, located at 9045 E. 59th Street, IN 46216, is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, tools, parts, materials, and equipment required to perform all - inclusive annual and five (5) year inspection, hydro/testing, maintenance, monthly and yearly inspection. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is October 04, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 19, 2024. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
