To go to 175 a reduction would have to be done with DirecTV and its hard to accomplish. It took me 9 months to complete one here in Garland Tx. We are currently priced at 175. 3.          Is your cabling infrastructure COAX and is operational? Current cable is COAX and is operational. 4.          Your C.A.R.E. channel is it locally managed or is it part of the Get-well network that some VA medical center use? C.A.R.E. channel is locally managed. 5.          Is your head end unit a COM3000, 2000, or a DRE system? It is a standard head end unit 6.          Why do you have 2 DirecTV satellites? Or do you mean you have 1 DirecTV satellite and 1 VA Knowledge satellite? We have 1Direct TV and 1 VA Knowledge satellites 7.          Would it be possible to arrange for a No Cost Onsite Visit to assess the technical aspects of this DIRECTV installation?
