Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking responses from Small Business (SB) concerns, any type, only. This announcement seeks information from the industry which will be used for preliminary planning and market research purposes only. Interested Small Businesses who believe they possess the experience and qualifications to successfully perform the scope of work described below are encouraged to respond to assist in making a set-aside determination. Responses are being sought from qualified businesses capable of providing the required construction services outlined below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. This project has specific experience and qualification requirements as described in the below summary of the project scope: Description of the Scope of Work: Project 515-22-101 - Renovate Restrooms The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 515-22-101, Renovate Restroom, at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI. This project will completely renovate restrooms across the campus in various buildings in order to provide barrier-free accessibility and updated finishes to improve infection control. Work shall include but not be limited to renovation of 9,124 square feet of restroom space across 20 buildings, including ceiling, wall, and flooring finishes, improved fixtures with reduced energy/water usage, revised lighting and electrical outlets, and revised HVAC/exhaust.
