The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the close date and time, change the Product Service Code (PSC), and to provide answers to vendor questions. The solicitation close date and time is hereby extended from December 15, 2023 @ 4PM to December 18, 2023 @ 4PM. The PSC is changed from H312 Inspection Fire Control Equipment to H342 Inspection Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Safety Equipment; Environmental Protection Equipment and Materials. Vendor questions with answers: Is there SF1449? There is not a SF1449 as this is a combined synopsis utilizing the combined synopsis format. Is there a specific format to submit or attached word document with pricing sheet is all that is needed? We did not intend to have a specific format. Please be sure to submit all information as required in the combined synopsis. Is there a job site visit? (I do not see any mention of a job site visit in the attached word docs.) There was a site visit listed and highlighted in the combined synopsis on page 16. Is this going to be a prevailing wage requirement? The Service Contract Labor Standards apply to this requirement. The applicable wage determination is listed in the combined synopsis. Is there an incumbent and what is the contract price?
