This is not a request for quote. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this SS Notice not will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The SS does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Any information provided in response to the market survey will be used for information purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Contractor participation is not a promise for future business with the Government. The purpose of this SS is to conduct market research to determine an acquisition strategy for establishment of ambulance services for the VA Wyoming Health Care Center in Wyoming, Michigan. Ambulance services will be primarily to the Battle Creek VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan as well as Grand Rapids, Michigan area hospitals. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or around February 02, 2024, with an estimated award date of March 01, 2024. The intended contract period of performance will have five (5) ordering periods. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to Tracy Granger at Tracy.Granger@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses shall be received in writing no later than 13:00 December 01, 2023. Responses shall include: 1) Company Name 2) Address; 3) Point of Contact; 4) Phone Number; 5) email address; 6) Socio-economic status; 7) Sam UIE; 8) Number of Ambulances that will service the area; 9) Licensing showing the company is authorized to operate ambulance service in the area; 10) Any other documentation showing the company is an established ambulance provider in the Grand Rapids, Wyoming and Battle Creek, Michigan area.
