This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2023- 06. The Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220 is seeking to purchase GE Healthcare Avance CS2 Anesthesia Systems for the Anesthesia Department. All interested companies shall provide a brand name only, firm fixed price quotation for the following Anesthesia equipment: (Refer to the Salient Characteristics listed within the 1449 RFQ.) Delivery is requested FOB Destination and within 90-120 days after receipt of order (ARO). It is understood there might be supply chain issues that could negatively impact this request.
