Th... The project consists of upgrades to the facilities television (TV) infrastructure for the new COM3000 system. COM3000 is a Commercial Satellite Video Management System for Lodging and Institutions. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following infrastructure improvements: provide power for TV equipment, install all cabling and equipment needed for COM3000 system upgrade affecting 86 TV units, fiber optic installed to each COM3000 switch, CAT 6A installed from distribution switch to each TV. All work to be completed at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Northern Indiana Health Care System Ft Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Ave, Ft Wayne, IN 46805. The VA anticipates issuing a request for quotation on or about 11/3/2023. Tentative quote due date is 12/8/23. The drawings and specs will be posted with the RFQ, electronically through GPE. They will be available for view/download free of charge.
