The Network 10 Contracting Office, 6100 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 490, Independence OH 44131 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about September 20, 2023 - and intends to award a single award, firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for Safe Haven Model HCHV Services within Otsego County, Michigan for beneficiaries of the Saginaw VA Medical Center. NAICS Code 624221, size standard $13.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide a transitional housing program in the Safe Haven Design for homeless veterans. The period of performance is twelve (12) Months after date of Award with 5 (1) year ordering periods, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
