The Network 10 Contracting Office, 6100 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 490, Independence OH 44131 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about September 20, 2023 - and intends to award a single award, firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for a community-based residential program for homeless Veterans within Otsego County, Michigan for beneficiaries of the Saginaw VA Medical Center. NAICS Code 624221, size standard $13.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) rehabilitative services for up to nine (9) homeless male and female Veterans located within the catchment area of the Saginaw VA. The period of performance is twelve (12) Months after date of Award with 5 (1) year ordering periods, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
