The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Prepare Site for MRI Project. This includes preparing the site for construction operations that encompass demolition and removal of existing components as well as furnish labor and materials to perform work as required by drawings and specifications.
