Construct new interior walls, finishes, and architectural elements. Phase 2 (Sheet GC102) 1. Demolish temporary Phase 1 construction wall before commencing balance of Phase 2 work. 2. Removal and replacement of all flooring finishes including wall base.

The Period of Performance for this project is 120 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Work is scheduled to be performed during the normal daytime business hours of the medical center excluding federal holidays.
